What you pay for
A monthly price for each app with its own agent, plus a monthly price for each extra app, user, agent or database you add. These are billed in advance and prorated when you change them during a month.
AI usage
Each plan includes a monthly amount of AI usage. Where usage billing applies to your workspace, use beyond that is charged after the month ends at the rate on the Pricing page. A spending limit protects you from surprise bills, and you can change it in your workspace.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
If a payment fails
We tell you and try again. After a 7-day grace period the workspace is suspended: no new agent runs and no publishing, but your projects are kept.
Domain names
Registrations and renewals are charged at the price shown when you order. If the registry refuses a registration, the charge is refunded.
Cancelling and refunds
To cancel, or to ask about a refund, email info@ecomgear.dev with your workspace name. We look at refund requests one by one.
